A reverse phone lookup is an individual phone search using a premium database. Additional reverse phone lookups are available within the members area as part of the Tracer Report system. Each tracer credit allows one telephone number to be searched against a database of information that contains records for many hard-to-find numbers, such as those belonging to cell phones.

When conducting a reverse phone lookup you can expect to find the following types of information: the owner's name, current address, possible relatives, other household members, neighbors, and other phone numbers belonging to that person or company. Most numbers will result in full reports including the types of information mentioned. However, depending on the number and the carrier involved, certain information may not be available. Certain carriers do not publish or release ownership information to data providers, notably Verizon. In instances where no name or address is returned the tracer credit will not be deducted, and will remain available for the search of an alternate number.

A reverse phone lookup is not designed to provide other types of data such as call logs, text logs, or a mobile device's current location. We do not and cannot provide call or text logs. Call logs are maintained by specific carriers. The sensitive and private nature of just who has called a specific phone or who has been called from it is something that does not fall within our sphere of operation.
